Its breakthrough event-based vision technology enables machines to see and respond to changes in their environment with unprecedented speed and efficiency, opening up new possibilities across industrial automation, aerospace and defense, autonomous systems, IoT, and other demanding applications.

At Prophesee, we combine deep technological expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset to tackle complex challenges and bring disruptive innovation to market.

The Role

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to drive qualified pipeline growth across our industrial and defense markets. As our first dedicated demand generation hire, you will build the function from the ground up and shape how Prophesee reaches its industrial and defense markets.

You will own the demand generation plan, budget, and performance KPIs, designing and executing measurable, multi-channel marketing initiatives. Reporting to the CRO and managing a Marketing Communications Associate, you will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operation and the Product team’s Product Marketing to optimize the customer acquisition funnel, and turn marketing investments into tangible commercial opportunities.

This is a hands‑on role combining digital marketing, events, analytics, and team management in a fast‑moving B2B deeptech environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demand Generation & Campaigns
    • Own the marketing budget across digital, content and events, and optimize allocation based on pipeline contribution and ROI
    • Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns, including paid search and social, email marketing, webinars, content distribution, and account-based initiatives where relevant.
    • Collaborate with Sales to define target audiences, lead qualification criteria, handover processes, and follow‑up.
    • Optimize the marketing funnel, from acquisition and lead generation to qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.
  2. Digital Marketing & Analytics
    • Own the demand generation budget and optimize channel allocation, campaign performance, and marketing ROI.
    • Improve website performance, conversion rates, SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
    • Manage marketing reporting and dashboards covering lead generation, funnel conversion, cost per lead, cost per event, and marketing‑sourced and influenced pipeline.
    • Ensure reliable tracking and attribution, using data and experimentation to continuously improve results.
  3. Events & Field Marketing
    • Own the events program end to end, from trade show and conference selection to budgeting, preparation, execution, and performance measurement.
    • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to define target audiences, lead qualification criteria (MQL/SQL), handover processes and follow‑up.
    • Develop pre‑and post‑event campaigns and ensure timely lead qualification, handover, and follow‑up.
    • Measure event effectiveness through leads, meetings, qualified opportunities, pipeline contribution, and cost.
  4. Team & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Manage and support the Marketing Communications Associate, setting priorities and coordinating activities.
    • Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and the wider Marketing team to align campaigns with product positioning and commercial objectives.
    • Coordinate external agencies and service providers, ensuring quality execution and budget discipline.
Your profile
  • Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–6 years in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or B2B operational marketing.
  • Industry: Experience in B2B tech, deeptech, or industrial technology is strongly preferred.
  • Expertise: Proven ability to execute multi‑channel campaigns, generate qualified leads, and contribute to sales pipeline.
  • Digital skills: Hands‑on experience with paid search and social, email marketing, SEO, website optimization, and analytics.
  • Events: Experience managing trade shows, industry events, webinars, and lead‑generation initiatives.
  • Data‑driven approach: Comfortable managing budgets, defining KPIs, analyzing funnel performance, and optimizing ROI.

What Will Make You Successful at Prophesee

You combine analytical thinking with a hands‑on, results‑oriented mindset. You can build a demand generation plan, launch campaigns, manage events, and report on business impact.

You focus on pipeline quality and commercial outcomes rather than activity alone. Curious, pragmatic, and proactive, you challenge existing practices, test new approaches, and take ownership in a fast‑evolving environment.
