Job summary

Payhawk is seeking a Demand Generation Manager in Paris to own regional demand generation, set pipeline plans against sales targets, and guide marketing shared services across channels. You will tailor regional strategies for both New Business and Expansion motions, coordinating with sales and leadership to maximize ROI.

The role requires 5+ years in demand generation, fluency in one of several European languages, and hands-on leadership to drive programmatic campaigns across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demand-generation experience.
• Native-level French, German, Dutch, Swedish or Polish.
• Proven experience building marketing strategies that support an outbound motion.
• Proven track record of generating demand with Enterprise accounts.
• Experience building programmatic marketing campaigns.
• Growth mindset with structured experiments to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Hands-on approach: you will write copy, build landing pages and test new tools.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work from Payhawk offices in the UK or Europe.

Responsibilities

• Define the demand-generation and channel strategy for your region(s).
• Brief marketing shared services (Paid, SEO, Lifecycle, Content, Events).
• Represent your region in regional planning and meetings.
• Prioritise initiatives based on GTM strategy and ROI.
• Own relationships with regional sales teams.
• Lead monthly regional review reports and set priorities for leadership.
• Justify marketing spend and ROI.
