Land&Monkeys bakery is seeking its second-in-command to work alongside the head baker, producing organic breads and delicious vegan brioches.

You’ll mentor apprentices, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety, and supporting organic certification.

This full-time role includes night shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a monthly salary of €2,000–€2,200 plus a daily meal allowance and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a baking diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of baking experience.

Responsabilités

• Produce organic breads and vegan brioches alongside the head baker.
• Mentor apprentices and train them to become skilled bakers.
• Proof and bake pastries while maintaining quality.
