Land&Monkeys in Paris is seeking a Head Baker to lead our bakery team and ensure the production of organic breads and vegan brioches that delight customers. You will work closely with the shop manager to organize production schedules, oversee proofing and baking, and mentor bakers and apprentices.

This 40-hour/week role requires a baking diploma and at least five years of experience, with strong hygiene and safety knowledge and proficiency in Google Drive and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production of organic breads and vegan brioches.
