Land&Monkeys in Paris is seeking a young bakery apprentice to work alongside our head baker, producing organic breads and vegan croissants while learning exclusive plant-based techniques.

You will follow hygiene and safety standards, assist with organic certification procedures, and help promote a more sustainable bakery model as part of a committed team.

Qualifications

• First or second year of bakery apprenticeship.
• Committed, reliable, and helpful team member.
• Passion for plant-based baking is a plus.
