Land&Monkeys in Paris seeks a dedicated second-in-command to the head baker. You’ll produce organic breads and vegan brioches, mentor apprentices, and ensure pastry proofing and baking meets our high standards.

You’ll uphold hygiene and safety, support organic certification, and promote a sustainable bakery model. Night shifts, weekends and public holidays are part of the role. A baking diploma and at least 3 years of experience are required.

• Must have a baking diploma and at least 3 years of experience.
• Second-in-command to head baker, producing organic breads and vegan brioche

Responsabilités

• Assist head baker in producing organic breads and vegan brioche.
• Mentor apprentices and train them to become skilled bakers
• Proof and bake pastries and maintain high quality standards
• Ensure hygiene and safety compliance and organic certification procedures
• Contribute to a sustainable bakery model and shop success
