Land&Monkeys is seeking a Head Baker to lead our organic bakery team, working closely with the shop manager to produce breads and vegan brioches. You will train bakers and apprentices, organize production schedules, and oversee proofing and baking of pastries.

This full-time role involves night work, weekends, and public holidays, with a salary between €2,200.00 and €2,500.00 gross per month, plus a bonus, meal allowance, and employer-covered health insurance.

Qualifications

• You have a baking diploma and at least 5 years of experience as a baker.
• You are proficient in hygiene and safety standards and comfortable using office software (Google Drive, Excel, etc.).
• You are helpful and friendly—in short, you are the colleague everyone dreams of having!

Responsabilités

• Lead and train a team of bakers and apprentices.
