You are the young bakery apprentice! Alongside your head baker, you produce organic breads and delicious vegan brioches that delight our guests. You ensure that hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed in the bakery, as well as the organic certification procedures. Ultimately, you contribute to the overall success of the shop, promoting a more sustainable bakery model.
