Sprinklr is hiring a Principal Solutions Architect to lead the most complex enterprise engagements, setting architectural direction at scale and acting as a senior technical authority across AI-driven customer engagement initiatives.

You will own end-to-end transformation programs, define enterprise standards, and mentor architects while influencing the product roadmap with deep customer insight.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and CCaaS/UC environments.
• 5+ years leading CCaaS software architecture at scale.
• Deep expertise in AI, automation and ML.
• Experience with multi‑cloud/hybrid cloud and real‑time data architectures.
• Strong executive presence and strategic influence.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted executive advisor to Sprinklr’s largest enterprise customers.
• Own end-to-end architectural strategy for multiyear transformations.
• Define enterprise standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel architectures.
• Serve as final escalation point for complex integration, data, and AI challenges.
• Influence Sprinklr’s product roadmap through customer insight.
• Establish reference architectures and best practices across the SA org.
• Mentor Lead and Senior Solutions Architects and elevate technical excellence.
• Represent Sprinklr as a thought leader in AI-powered CX and enterprise architecture.
