Sprinklr is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to guide its most complex enterprise engagements, setting architectural direction at scale and serving as a senior technical authority across AI-driven customer engagement initiatives.

You will own end-to-end architectural strategy for large multiyear programs, define enterprise standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel architectures, and mentor the next generation of architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, or Engineering; Master’s strongly preferred.
