Genesys is seeking a Principal AI Solution Architect to drive AI-enabled customer experiences in a senior presales role in Paris. You will design end-to-end AI systems, architect production-ready AI solutions, and shape product direction through customer feedback and field enablement.

The role requires deep AI technical judgment, executive storytelling, and strong sales acumen to translate complex capabilities into business value for large enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate AI architectures into business value for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience designing AI solutions for customer experience orchestration and contact centers.
• Strong skills in communicating complex concepts and enabling field capability.
• Fluency in English and French is required.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end AI systems for customer experience use cases.
• Architect reliable, production-ready AI solutions with LLMs, tools, and orchestration.
• Define AI interactions across the journey, including fallback and handoff strategies.
• Optimize RAG and knowledge architectures to extend Genesys solutions.
• Develop content structuring, embedding, and ranking for accuracy and freshness.
• Partner with customers to align AI outputs with trusted knowledge sources.
• Establish AI evaluation frameworks and measure success against business impact.
• Translate technical quality metrics into business outcomes for decision-making.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data and conversation state.
• Provide pre-sales guidance including technical discovery and product demos.
