Sprinklr is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead its most strategic enterprise engagements, setting architectural direction at scale and serving as a senior technical authority across AI-driven customer engagement initiatives.

You will act as an executive advisor to large enterprise customers, own end-to-end architectural strategy for multi-year transformations, define standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel architectures, and mentor the next generation of architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering; Master’s strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center/UC environments.
• 5+ years leading CCaaS software architecture at scale.
• Deep expertise in AI, automation, and machine learning.
• Proven leadership in multi‑cloud, hybrid cloud, and real-time data architectures.
• Strong executive presence and strategic influence.
