Zendesk seeks a Senior Platform Architect to guide AI-powered platform strategy for enterprise customers. You will design next-generation service solutions, drive proofs of concept, and advise the sales organization on complex architectures and business value.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, evangelize Zendesk headless capabilities, and ensure secure, scalable integrations within enterprise ecosystems. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on architecture leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise systems or solutions architecture experience.
• Experience architecting generative AI solutions and RAG frameworks.
• Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, web services, data modeling, and MCP configurations.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic discussions with executives to communicate architectures and business value of AI.
• Drive POCs and technical wins to increase new bookings and expansions.
• Design multi-step autonomous workflows using Zendesk Agent Builder and Action Builder.
• Collaborate with product engineering and marketing to influence the AI roadmap.
