Parloa seeks a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end architectures for enterprise AI Agent deployments, connecting Parloa’s platform to CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing systems. You will shape the conversational layer with prompt engineering and LLM knowledge to deliver reliable, scalable AI solutions for global clients.

Architecture depth, complex integrations, and cross-functional collaboration are central to the role, with emphasis on testing and quality assurance to meet enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with solution or systems architecture experience.
• Experience with complex SaaS deployments at scale (CRMs/ERPs/ticketing systems).
• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, and API testing tools.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end solution architectures linking Parloa to enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, tickets).
• Build and configure integrations using platforms and APIs; manage multi-system data flows.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integrations.
• Apply structured testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI performance.
• Identify and resolve blockers with Product, Solution Engineering, Sales, and customers.
• Scope AI Agent deployments, providing architecture guidance and execution support.
• Use knowledge of LLMs to design prompts for reliable agent behavior.
• Translate complex workflows into structured conversational components for LLM execution.
• Fine-tune conversational flows and voice outputs to align with brand standards.
• Document best practices and capabilities for internal and external audiences.
