Lucca seeks a Segment Lead to drive market leadership within a defined business segment in Paris. The role sits in Marketing within the Market Strategy team, shaping GTM approaches and aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success around shared priorities.
You will build market intelligence, define ICPs and personas, translate product capabilities into differentiating value, and lead data-driven GTM decisions to accelerate growth.

Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent is required
