Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Megève seeks a seasoned restaurant leader for a 39‑hour seasonal contract. You will supervise the restaurant team, manage resources, and maintain quality and service standards in a luxury mountain resort.

You will develop staff skills, monitor payroll and leaving credits, and handle guest requests with precision while delivering exceptional experiences. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in culinary leadership position.
• Ability to operate restaurant computer systems (Lotus Notes, Opéra, Word, Excel).
• Right to work in France and fluency in French and English.
