Four Seasons Resort Megève is seeking a culinary team member for a 39-hour seasonal contract. You will assist in the preparation and production of dishes under the Executive Chef, supporting the Chef De Partie and Sous Chef during events.

Enjoy a mountain resort environment with access to staff housing, meals, and exclusive employee perks; fluency in French and English is required, along with the right to work in France.

Qualifications

• Assist in the preparation and production of the culinary section under supervision.
• Maintain a clean workstation and adhere to health and safety rules.
• Support Chef de Partie and Demi‑Chef de Partie when needed for events.
• Legal right to work in France; fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Carry out and ensure the preparation of his/her section under supervision.
• Keep workstation clean and tidy at all times.
• Respect, follow and control health and safety rules, and wear appropriate equipment.
• Unpack, track traceability, and store merchandise.
