Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Megève, France seeks a culinary team member to assist in the preparation and production of their section under the Chef de Partie.

This 39-hour seasonal contract offers living arrangements in staff housing with meals provided, uniform laundried, and access to resort amenities. Fluency in French and English and the right to work in France are required.

You will join a dedicated kitchen team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in France at application time.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Carry out and ensure the preparation of your section under the supervision of a Chef de Partie or Demi-Chef de Partie.
• Keep workstation clean and tidy at all times.
• Respect, follow and control health and safety rules, and wear appropriate safety equipment.
• Unpack, keep track of traceability (labels) and put away merchandise.
