Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Megève invites applications for a culinary leadership role within our mountain resort dining team. You will supervise resources, guide staff development, monitor payroll, and manage departmental expenses while maintaining outstanding guest service.

Requirements include two years of culinary leadership experience and fluency in French and English. A 39-hour seasonal contract is offered with meals, housing allowance, uniforms, and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years previous experience in culinary leadership position.
• Must possess legal right to work in France and fluency in French and English.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage software systems (Lotus Notes, Opera, Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Supervise the level of material and human resources for smooth Restaurant operations (cellar, bursar, linen, staff, etc.).
• Monitor, develop and enhance the skills of teams in product knowledge and behavior.
• Oversee payroll management and leave/time credits for the department.
• Handle special guest requests and ensure guidance is followed.
