Four Seasons Resort Megève is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the absence of the F&B Management team. You will guide Chefs de rang, Commis and trainees, ensuring service meets Four Seasons standards and guests receive thoughtful, consistent hospitality.

The role requires fluency in French and English, strong computer and POS skills, and a dedication to training staff to deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury mountain setting.

Qualifications

• Must have legal right to work in France and fluency in French and English.
• Experience operating computer equipment and F&B software.
• Ability to train and supervise front‑of‑house staff.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day‑to‑day F&B operations in absence of management.
• Train Chefs de rang, Commis and trainees in service standards.
• Explain menu items and cocktails to customers; ensure consistent service.
• Maintain professional conduct and guest relations during high activity.
