Job summary

Dashdoc in Paris is seeking an energetic SDR to fuel growth by identifying opportunities, qualifying needs, and passing promising leads to the field sales team. You will prospect through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events; qualify outbound leads; schedule meetings; and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine personas and messaging.

Fluent Dutch is required; you bring curiosity, organization, and strong written and verbal communication, plus comfort with modern CRM and sequencing

Qualifications

• You have initial experience in sales prospecting or similar roles (apprenticeships welcome).
• You are curious, well-organized, and results-oriented.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You are comfortable with cold calling and overcoming objections.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new leads through multiple channels: cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.
• Qualify outbound leads: understand challenges, maturity, and potential.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the field sales team and ensure a smooth handover.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to refine personas, messaging, and acquisition strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: tools, processes, scripts, and email sequences.
• Report activity clearly in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Participate in cross-functional projects (events, trade shows, etc.).
