Job summary

Dashdoc in Paris seeks a Project Manager for Dutch-speaking key accounts within the Customer Success team. You will manage end-to-end implementations and ensure Dashdoc fits clients' human and IT environments, collaborating with Sales, Product and Tech.

The role focuses on Belgium (Flanders) and the Netherlands, requires native Dutch and daily English, extensive travel to client sites, and a track record in logistics or road freight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within transport, logistics, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex software implementations and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations for Dutch-speaking key accounts in Belgium (Flanders) and the Netherlands.
• Collaborate with technical integrations team to embed Dashdoc into clients’ IT ecosystems.
• Maintain the client relationship, coordinating across Sales, Product, and Tech.
• Identify growth opportunities by understanding client needs and driving value.
• Gather client feedback to improve internal processes and Dashdoc features.
• Support growth in the Benelux market through proactive account management.
