Job summary

Nova Biomedical France seeks a Sales/Commercial Assistant to support the sales team with tender tracking, quotes, and data reliability in a highly technical B2B environment. You will coordinate with internal departments, ensure accurate information, and manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent service.

Based in Paris, the role requires 2+ years in commercial assistance and strong communication; experience with tenders and ERP/CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of higher education (Bac+2) in commercial assistance or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in a commercial assistant or B2B sales support role.
• Experience with tenders and medical/scientific environments.
• Ability to track multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Good IT tools proficiency and data reliability mindset.

Responsibilities

• Search for tenders and gather information to prepare responses.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals and reminders in coordination with the sales team.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets, filing and traceability of files.
• Update the customer database and ensure reliability of commercial information.
• Respond to customer requests by phone and in writing regarding orders and info.
• Assist sales engineers with files, proposals, demonstrations, appointments, and scheduling.
• Take part in direct/indirect marketing actions, mailings and trade shows.
• Produce reports and alerts to monitor activity.
