Job summary

Nova Biomedical in Paris, France, is seeking a proactive Sales/Commercial Assistant to support the sales team with customer requests, quotes, and data integrity in a regulated B2B environment.

You will coordinate between sales, engineering, and marketing, manage tenders and proposals, and help maintain accurate commercial information while prioritizing responsiveness and service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of higher education (Bac+2) in commercial assistance, business, management, order administration (ADV) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in a commercial assistant, order administration (ADV), or B2B sales support role.
• Experience with tenders, medical/scientific/technical environment, B2B, ERP/CRM.
• Proficiency with SAP and IT tools.
• Strong organizational, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Search for and track tenders; gather information and documents, and contribute to high-quality responses.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, commercial proposals and follow-ups with the sales team.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets, filing and traceability of files.
• Update the customer database and ensure reliability of commercial information.
• Respond to customer requests by phone and in writing, especially order tracking and commercial information.
• Assist the sales engineers: preparing files and proposals, customer follow-up, demonstrations and appointments, updating schedules.
• Take part in marketing actions, mailings, sales follow-ups, trade shows and promotional activities.
• Produce reports and alerts to monitor activity.
