Qualifications

• Bachelor's or vocational degree in business, sales, marketing or equivalent.
• No experience required with Bachelor's; or minimum 4 years with Vocational Education in Sales Ops / Admin Support or equivalent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with CRM systems and analyze data.

Responsabilités

• Lead preparation and delivery of product information and client presentations tailored to client needs.
• Optimize CRM with accurate customer records, sales reports and documentation for reporting.
• Work under limited supervision and apply independent judgment to drive project success.
• Provide expert technical support during client meetings and demonstrations.
• Implement strategic sales initiatives with senior sales team to grow revenue in medical devices.
• Develop and share training for the sales support team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with sales tools and processes.
• Identify opportunities for new support activities to improve sales efficiency.
