Job summary

Anton Paar France is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support sales activities in Les Ulis (91), France. You will handle quotations, orders, tenders, and customer inquiries while coordinating with sales, technical and administrative teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of higher education in business/sales and strong English, with experience in SAP/CRM and MS Office being advantageous. On-site position with no remote work.

Qualifications

• 2- to 3-year higher education degree in business administration, sales, sales administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support or Order Management would be an advantage.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, interacting with a variety of stakeholders and ensuring accurate and efficient follow-up of customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations for instruments, spare parts and consumables.
• Enter and follow up on customer orders.
• Prepare administrative documentation for tenders.
• Handle customer calls and requests.
• Ensure accurate administrative follow-up of customer orders through to completion.
• Manage and update sales files and records.
• Communicate relevant information to internal teams to ensure effective follow-up.
• Maintain and update customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Manage equipment loan documentation and ensure accurate tracking in internal systems.
• Coordinate returns with Graz, including credit note requests.
• Prepare and manage customs documentation when required.
• Process internal purchase orders for spare parts and demonstration instruments.
