Concentrix is seeking a B2B Sales representative in Paris to manage high-volume sales motions and customer interactions across multiple channels. Ideal candidates will have at least 2.5 years of sales experience, preferably in tech or advertising, and should possess strong communication skills. What the role looks like

• Management of high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions with regular customer contact across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach.
• Ability to identify relevant alternative points of contact as appropriate to outreach strategy through tools such as Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets.
• Adherence to all response-time SLA’s as well as use of mandatory sales cadences always.
• Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel.
• Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
• Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to further the customer journey and buying process.
• Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals.
• Work model: Hybrid (Wednesday and Thursday office)
• Working hours: Mon – Fr 10:00 – 19:00

Your profile

• Fluent level of English - written and spoken.
• Min. 2,5 years in a sales role, ideally in tech. Advertising sales sector.
• Proven ability to unlock high-potential budget opportunities and grow customer financial investment over time.
• Digital advertising knowledge – will be considered as advantage
• Skilled at competitive selling to win new business
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas into a simple and understandable format.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a constantly changing fast paces environment.
• Salesforce experience/ prior exposure to a CRM tool.
