A leading customer experience solution provider in France is seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist to ensure clients have a seamless onboarding experience with their software solutions. This hybrid role includes working remotely three days a week and in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays. You will help clients get the most out of their systems and build strong relationships by advising on best practices. Excellent communication skills in English and French are essential for success in this position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as an Implementation Consultant for various software solutions
• Guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding and post‑onboarding process
• Conducting face‑to‑face customer meetings to promote adoption and ongoing engagement with various IT solutions
• Advising clients on best practices and optimization strategies
• Tracking data from onboarding to license activation to meet KPIs
• Using CRM systems for client‑related activities
• Resolving client issues using troubleshooting tickets

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‑hour fully paid break

Hybrid role: 3 days home office; Monday & Tuesday in office

Salary: €1,687.26 gross per month + quarterly bonus

We provide full support with relocation to Bulgaria, including flight and hotel accommodation.
