Impactable is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support our U.S.-based sales team from a remote setup. You will maintain CRM data quality, streamline handoffs, and optimize billing and contract workflows while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
You’ll collaborate across global teams, provide pipeline insights, and drive process improvements to grow revenue and improve client service.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales operations with CRM expertise (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Comfortable leveraging AI and automation in daily workflows.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent communicator across global teams.
- Willingness to align working hours with a U.S.-based team (Central Time).
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level.
Responsabilités
- Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure records meet standards.
- Support pre-call automations, persona classification, and documentation needs.
- Coordinate client handoffs, logging accurate information into ClickUp.
- Monitor pipeline accuracy, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Assist with billing setups, proposal generation, and contract workflows.
- Provide reporting and insights on pipeline health and sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and adopt new tools.
