Job summary

Dextra Group is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to work with the General Sales Manager across Europe and Africa, driving commercial performance and providing robust business analysis.

The role focuses on sales reporting, forecasting, KPI tracking, pricing support, and CRM data integrity, with exposure to dashboards and P&L reporting. Fluency in English and advanced Excel capabilities are required, along with a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Engineer or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; Visual Basic a plus).
• CRM experience and familiarity with sales/quotation tools.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and reporting capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of business reviews, sales meetings and strategic discussions.
• Coordinate and track action plans after commercial meetings.
• Consolidate sales reports from multiple territories and produce monthly affiliate reports.
• Support forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in contract preparation and maintain contract tracking system.
