Coface seeks an experienced Manager to lead the Performance Management team (4 people) focused on sales performance, sales operations analysis, BI and data analytics. The role coordinates with the regional FP&A team to support France and regional operations (UK, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Morocco, and West Africa).

Responsibilities include developing the team, managing CRM metrics, dashboards, data quality, and cross-functional communication with leadership, sales, IT, and finance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in corporate finance, business studies, or related field.
• 10 years in Sales Operations, Business Planning, or Performance Management with leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in BI tools and data visualization; SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication in French and English; team player with resilience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Performance Management team.
• Collaborate with regional Chief Commercial Officer and teams to monitor sales performance.
• Oversee CRM tracking of signings, cancellation, pipeline, and productivity.
• Improve sales operations analytics, target orchestration, and incentives calculation.
• Maintain dashboards for regional executives and stakeholders.
• Enhance data quality and synergies with FP&A.
• Promote data visualization and self-reporting using PowerBI.
• Automate tasks using SQL to optimize analysis.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences: regional leadership, sales, marketing, IT, finance, and other teams.
