Job summary

Alma is seeking a Business Analyst, Revenue Operations, to turn complex data into strategic insights for revenue teams. You will work at the intersection of data, business, and strategy to drive growth and efficiency across Europe.

The role is based in Paris with two days of remote work per week, reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and data modelling skills, 2–4 years in data/BA, and experience with Looker/LookML and AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in data analysis/business analysis, preferably in a fast-growing tech or fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Build models and dashboards for revenue teams, integrating additional data sources.
• Improve and maintain existing revenue models and dashboards.
• Monitor revenue performance with dashboards and forecasts for leadership.
• Support leaders with KPIs and target setting for revenue growth.
• Infuse data excellence and collaborate with Central Data Team to maintain data quality.
