Job summary

3S Money is seeking a Sales Executive Digital Assets to join our expanding European sales team. Based in any of our European offices (France, Netherlands, Luxembourg or Latvia), you will drive outbound sales to crypto institutions and build a robust client portfolio.

You will share best practices with the existing team, provide leadership, identify partners, and collaborate with leadership to roll out new products, expanding revenue across European markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound crypto institutional sales experience.
• Ability to qualify potential clients for profitability.
• Extensive network across hedge funds, banks and asset managers.
• Experience selling across European markets.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Fluent English and at least one other major European language, ideally French.

We’re a rapidly expanding team of talented, ambitious individuals based in the heart of Europe. Currently we are looking for a Sales Executive Digital Assets to work with the existing Sales Executive team to bring on new clients in the European markets.

This role can be based any of our European offices France, Netherlands, Luxembourg or Latvia.

Responsibilities

• Creating a robust pipeline with prospective clients and turn them into 3S Money account holders
• Sharing best practices with the existing team and provide leadership
• Exploring global markets (across industries, locations, or communities)
• Identify, target, and nurture potential partners, like service providers
• Working with leadership to strategise on how best to roll out existing and new products
• Developing and executing strategies to increase company revenue

Qualifications

• Proven outbound sales experience with 3+ years of dedicated crypto institutional exposure in the digital asset/Web3 space, specifically in outbound sales
• Ability to qualify clients in terms of future profitability
• Active book of business and network across hedge funds, HFTs, banks, and asset managers
• Experience working across european markets.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills
• Fluent English language skills + at least proficiency in at least one other main European language, ideally French.
