Job summary

3S Money in Paris is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join the expanding Sales team and drive new client acquisition across European markets. You will build a robust pipeline, lead best practices, and explore opportunities across industries.

Strong negotiation, communicative excellence, and fluency in English plus French are essential to succeed in a fast-paced fintech environment. The role focuses on growing revenue by targeting financial institutions, logistics providers, and wholesale

Qualifications

• Proven outbound sales experience in target markets.
• Ability to qualify clients in terms of future profitability.
• Knowledge and sales experience in at least one target industry: International trade; Holding Companies/Family Offices; Logistics; Wholesale; Commodities.
• Active book of business and network across Financial institutions, private banking (UHNWI), Logistics, Wholesale, Commodities.
• Experience across global markets, preferably in European target markets (France).
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Fluent English and proficiency in at least one other main European language (ideally French).

• Sharing best practices with the existing team and provide leadership
• Exploring global markets (across industries, locations, or communities)
• Identify, target, and nurture potential partners, like service providers
