Job summary

Netwrix is expanding its footprint across EMEA South and seeks a Sales Director, EMEA South, to own go-to-market execution. You will build a direct and channel motion, nurture enterprise relationships, and guide sales, product, and marketing with real regional insight to win.

You will report to the VP of EMEA Sales and lead a team of Account Executives with support from Channel, Pre-Sales, and Marketing, aiming for sustained double-digit growth in the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software solution sales experience, including sales leadership.
• Cyberecurity industry experience.
• Proven track record of sales leadership and strategy execution.
• Ability to unite and inspire a team and articulate a compelling vision.
• Strong field engagement with teams and stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of Enterprise and SMB sales and closing opportunities across the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the South EMEA sales strategy aligned with global revenue goals.
• Lead and manage a team of account executives, CAMs, and pre-sales engineers.
• Forecast, track, and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Expand customer base across South EMEA through strategic planning and pipeline management.
• Drive new business development in enterprise and SMB accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and C-level stakeholders.
• Represent Netwrix at regional events and industry engagements.
• Expand and optimize partner network including distributors, VARs, and system integrators.
