Job summary

Netwrix Corporation is seeking a Sales Director, EMEA South to lead the region's go-to-market execution, building a direct and channel motion, developing enterprise relationships, and providing on-the-ground insight to sales, product, and marketing teams.

You will report to the VP of EMEA Sales and oversee a team of 8 Account Executives and a matrixed support organization, driving double-digit growth and regional expansion with a remote-first approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software solution sales experience, including sales leadership.
• Cybersecurity industry experience is required.
• Proven track record of sales leadership and strategy execution.
• Ability to unite and inspire a team and articulate a compelling vision.
• Excellent operational discipline and field engagement with teams.
• Extensive knowledge of Enterprise and SMB sales and closing opportunities.
• Experience closing complex B2B deals in banking or fintech.
• Strong go-to-market and partner development experience.
• Fluent English; French and another European language is a plus.
• Strong leadership of high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the South EMEA sales strategy aligned with global revenue goals.
• Lead and manage a team of account executives and CAMs and pre-sales engineers.
• Forecast, track, and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Expand customer base across South EMEA through strategic planning and pipeline management.
• Drive new business development in enterprise and SMB accounts across South EMEA.
• Build relationships with key customers, influencers, and C-level stakeholders.
• Represent Netwrix as a senior spokesperson at regional events and conferences.
• Expand and optimize the partner network and define partner programs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, support, and customer success to align regional goals.
