Jobtailor is seeking a SaaS Product Trainer to help clients onboard, adopt, and optimize our digital solutions. You will analyze client needs and usage to tailor training that accelerates value.

You will deliver individual and group sessions remotely and on-site, designing learning paths for varied user profiles, and collaborating with Product teams to enhance customer experience. Occasional pre-sales support may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, Customer Success, functional consulting, or SaaS support.
• Experience delivering in-person and remote training; change adoption projects.
• Experience with SaaS tools and digital environments; CRM usage.

Responsabilités

• Onboard clients and support adoption of our SaaS solutions.
• Analyze clients' needs and usage patterns to tailor training.
• Advise users on best practices and drive their skills development.
• Deliver individual and group training sessions remotely or on-site.
• Design learning paths for different user profiles.
• Collaborate with Product teams to improve the customer experience.
• Occasionally participate in pre-sales activities with the sales team.
