JustRelate is seeking a Training Delivery and Learning & Academy Manager to design and deliver strategic training for key clients, with a focus on onboarding, advanced, and expert sessions.

You will manage the learning platform, create tailored paths, develop certification programs, and work closely with Product, Support, and Sales to drive adoption and customer value. Fluent in French and English required, with remote/hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Training, L&D, or Account Management within a SaaS B2B environment.
• Master’s degree or any academic background in CRM/Tech with ability to vulgarize or simplify knowledge.
• Proven experience creating digital educational content (videos, guides).
• Full professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver strategic training sessions for onboarding, advanced, and expert levels.
• Organize live user events such as webinars and workshops (on-site or remote).
• Develop and manage LMS and learning paths based on user levels.
• Create, update, and maintain user-facing training documentation and materials.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales to drive adoption and measure training impact.
