Jobtailor is seeking a SaaS Product Trainer to help clients onboard, adopt, and optimize our digital solutions. You will analyze client needs and usage to tailor training that accelerates value.

You will deliver individual and group sessions remotely and on-site, designing learning paths for varied user profiles, and collaborating with Product teams to enhance customer experience. Occasional pre-sales support may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, Customer Success, functional consulting, or SaaS support.
• Experience delivering in-person and remote training; change adoption projects.
• Experience with SaaS tools and digital environments; CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• As a SaaS Product Trainer, you support our clients in onboarding, adoption, and optimization of our digital solutions.
• Analyze clients' needs and usage patterns.
• Advise users on best practices and support their skills development.
• Deliver individual and group training sessions, both remotely and on-site.
• Design tailored learning paths for different user profiles.
• Collaborate with Product teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Occasionally participate in pre-sales activities alongside the sales teams.

Requirements

• Higher education (Bac+2 to Bac+5) — equivalent to associate to master's degree.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in one of the following areas: professional training, Customer Success, functional consulting, or supporting the use of SaaS software.
• Technical skills: delivering in-person and remote training.
• Change management and adoption project management.
• Needs analysis and functional consulting.
• Proficiency with SaaS tools and digital environments.
• Experience using CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce or equivalent).
