Jobtailor is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to structure the product function and drive efficient delivery for a B2B SaaS platform in Brittany, France. You will organize backlogs, run Agile ceremonies, and manage sprints with cross-functional teams, aligning with business priorities and customer feedback.

Responsibilities include shaping the roadmap, translating business objectives into concrete features, and coordinating client projects while monitoring budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science, Product Management or Software Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Nice to have: Agile or Product Management certification such as PSPO or CSPO.

Responsabilités

• Structure the product function: improve existing organization and processes and ensure more efficient product management for stakeholders.
• Organize and secure delivery: structure and maintain the product backlog, prepare and monitor sprints with development teams, run Agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, daily) and ensure reliable releases.
• Contribute to and maintain the roadmap with business priorities and customer feedback: make trade-offs, prioritize enhancement requests and measure their impact, ensure post-release follow-up.
• Formalize business requirements: gather and challenge internal and client needs, translate business objectives into concrete features and document them.
• Lead and coordinate client projects: facilitate workshops, define scope, and monitor schedule and budget.
• Propose improvements to methods, tools and practices (Agile rituals, specification templates, documentation, etc.) and contribute to the evolution of the SaaS platform.
