Intuitive is seeking a Da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative to maximize the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in the local market. You will develop market plans, become a clinical expert, and partner with hospital staff to expand the system’s adoption.

You will drive case selection, lead generation, and training, while managing instrument sales and administrative duties. Fluency in English and French is required, with up to 70% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare.
• Experience in surgical device sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 70%.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Develop a sales plan for the local market with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager.
• Become a clinical expert across all primary OR procedures.
• Develop and execute a plan to integrate the da Vinci system at new customer sites.
• Drive utilization by reviewing cases and selecting appropriate procedures.
• Expand the user base by ongoing outreach with hospital staff and thought leaders.
• Convert high-potential leads and drive training activities.
• Sell instruments and accessories through new product introductions.
• Manage administrative tasks: reporting, outcomes, and expenses.
