Job summary

Intuitive seeks a Specialty Sales Manager in France to drive adoption of da Vinci procedures across key surgical specialties and to partner with sales, marketing, and leadership on market development. You will train teams, develop KOLs, and expand adoption of new technologies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of medical device sales, strong clinical selling skills, and fluency in French and English. Travel 2–3 days per week is required; role can be based anywhere in France.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility with a highly educated customer base.
• Fluent in local language & English.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week (70%).
• Role can be based anywhere in France.

Responsibilities

• Expand da Vinci specialty procedures utilization across colorectal, general surgery, gynecology, thoracic, and hernia.
• Develop existing customers to become case observation sites & epicenters.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing on market development activities.
• Implement Consolidation Pathway Methodology and train programs.
• Provide market intelligence and support hospital executive presentations.
