Intuitive is seeking a remote/hybrid da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative to maximize system utilization and partner with surgical teams across local markets. You will develop sales plans, build clinical expertise, and drive adoption in collaboration with hospital leadership and surgeons.

The role requires 4+ years in sales, healthcare experience, and excellent communication. Travel up to 70% may be needed to support customers and expand the user base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English and local language as required.

Responsabilités

• Develop a sales plan for the local market with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager.
• Become a clinical expert across OR procedures to partner with surgical teams.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and surgeons to integrate the da Vinci system at new sites.
• Create a Surgery plan for each team to ensure independent use within a reasonable time.
• Drive da Vinci utilization by reviewing cases with clinical teams and expanding the user base.
• Develop qualified leads through presentations, events and outreach.
• Convert high-potential leads and lead training activities.
• Sell instruments and accessories through new product introductions and solution selling.
• Manage administrative tasks: reporting, outcomes, and expense submissions.
• Act as Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after training.
