Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) in France to train across technical, clinical, and sales aspects of our da Vinci Surgical System. The role focuses on building robotic surgery programs, with year-one emphasis on clinical and technical work and year-two progression into sales activities.

Travel up to 70% to support regions and customers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year in sales or leadership, with fluency in English and the local language,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year sales or leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Ambition and strong work ethic.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Up to 70% travel and/or presence in the field, depending on business needs

Responsibilities

• Case Support: guide surgical teams on using the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Product Demonstrations/In-Services: lead technical in-services for customers.
• Selling Activities: assist to achieve quarterly sales goals through demonstrations and trainings.
• Customer Support: coordinate regional events to raise system awareness and adoption.
• Administrative Duties: manage reporting, expenses, and ISU modules.
• Act as a Medical Device Consultant after training per legal requirements.
