Intuitive Surgical is seeking a da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative to maximize utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in the local market. You will partner with hospital teams and surgeons to drive adoption and ensure successful integration across procedures.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Experience with surgical devices preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Up to 70% travel or field presence.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a local market sales plan with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager.
• Become a clinical expert across primary OR procedures.
• Collaborate with senior hospital staff and surgeons to integrate the system.
• Create a plan for each surgical team to enable independent use.
• Drive utilization by reviewing cases and ensuring ongoing usage.
• Expand user base with leadership to develop qualified leads.
• Convert high-potential leads and coordinate training activities.
• Sell instruments and accessories through new product introductions.
• Manage administrative tasks: reporting, expenses.
