Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) to partner with the Clinical Sales Manager and become a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert across primary surgical specialties. In the first year, you will focus on technical and clinical training, then progressively emphasize sales in the second year, including regional support and product demonstrations.

The role requires high commitment, with up to 70% travel/presence in the field and strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year sales or 1 year leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.
• Willing to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Case Support: guide surgical teams in using the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Product Demonstrations/In-Services: lead technical in-services for customers.
• Selling Activities: assist in achieving quarterly sales goals via demonstrations, in-services, and training.
• Customer Support: coordinate regional events to raise system awareness and adoption.
• Administrative Duties: manage reporting and required software modules.
• Medical Device Consultant: provide guidance after training on handling Intuitive devices.
