Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative to maximize the installation and utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System. You will work with the Sales Manager to craft local market plans and become a clinical expert across primary OR procedures, partnering with hospital staff and surgeons to integrate and expand the system at new sites.

You will develop tailored surgical team plans, drive case review and product adoption, and manage sales-related admin.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and local language, willingness to travel up to 70%

Responsibilities

• Develop a local market sales plan with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager
• Become a clinical expert across OR procedures to partner with surgical teams
• Engage senior hospital staff and surgeons to integrate the da Vinci system at new sites
• Create a da Vinci Surgery plan for teams to achieve autonomous use
• Drive da Vinci utilization by reviewing cases and expanding the user base
• Manage administrative tasks including reporting of sales activities and expenses
