Job summary

Alma is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Operations in Paris with two days of remote work per week. You will translate data into strategic insights, joining Marketing, Partnerships, Sales and Account Management to drive revenue growth.

You will report to Basil Lizotte and collaborate with the Central Data Team, Ops & Risk, Product and Tech. You will build reliable data foundations, transform business questions into actionable insights, and develop dashboards and forecasts to monitor

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis and business analysis in fast-growing tech or fintech environments.
• Ability to define KPIs, build dashboards, forecasts, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets, CRM data including Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve data models and end-to-end data pipelines for revenue data sources.
• Create dashboards, KPIs and revenue forecasts to monitor health and progress.
• Analyze target markets, dynamics and drivers of commercial wins to inform strategy.
• Design ad hoc tools and models to answer tactical business questions.
