Job summary

Alma is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Operations in Paris to create strategic insights for Revenue teams. You will blend data, business and strategy to turn questions into actionable recommendations, building scalable data foundations and tools across CRM, revenue and ops sources.

You will design dashboards, forecasts and KPIs to monitor health, support targets, and help drive growth as Alma scales across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets including CRM and revenue data
• Experience building business-facing data models, dashboards, forecasts or performance analyses from question to recommendation
• Ability to define KPIs, assess business impact and communicate complex analysis clearly to stakeholders
• Approximately 4–7 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role in tech/fintech

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve data models by combining CRM, revenue and operational data sources
• Design ad hoc tools and models to answer tactical business questions
• Build dashboards, KPIs and revenue forecasts for leadership
• Promote data-informed ways of working across revenue teams and collaborate with Central Data Team
