Job summary

Alma is seeking a Business Analyst, Revenue Operations in Paris with two days of remote work per week. You will create strategic insights to help Alma's Revenue teams understand performance, identify growth opportunities and improve speed and efficiency at the intersection of data, business and strategy.

You will own the modelling and end-to-end data pipelines, build models with additional data sources, design data-driven tools for tactical business cases, and develop dashboards and revenue

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modelling.
• 2 to 4 years experience in data analysis/business analysis.
• Experience with data visualization; Looker/LookML is a plus.
• Curious and eager to work with AI-assisted tools.
• Nice to have Python for data manipulation.
• Have hands-on experience with dbt, BigQuery, or GCP.
• Have worked with tracking tools such as Rudderstack or Segment.
• Hold a degree in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Own the modelling / end-to-end pipeline for Revenue teams.
• Build models and add data sources to answer revenue needs.
• Design data-driven tools for tactical business cases.
• Build dashboards and revenue forecasts for leadership.
• Support leaders to set targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Central Data Team to maintain data quality.
